• Recruit, Develop + Care for Care Team Members.
• Engage our Church around caring for the needs within our community (crisis care, financial assistance, mental health resources, meal trains, visitation, etc.).
• Be the point person for crisis care within our Church community.

• Recruit, Develop + Care for Event Team Members.
• Coordinate Scheduling, Design, Communication, Planning, Purchasing and Execution for Special Events at Restoration.
• Engage our Church community to serve in order to expand our reach and make a greater difference in San Diego.
• Must be a Builder.

• Manage all things related to Restoration Church facilities with a high level of excellence, functionality, organization, and aesthetic quality.
• Manage all contractor, vendor, and service provider work at our facility.
• Coordinate schedules and facility needs for church events and outside events/facility rentals.
• Manage the ordering of supplies and maintain the organization of storage areas.
• Develop + Lead the Facilities Teams to support all spaces, including but not limited to: Building Opening, Set Up, and Close Down on Sundays.
• Must be a Builder.

PRAYER TEAM LEADER

• Recruit, Develop + Care for Prayer Team Members
• Schedule Prayer Team for Sunday Gatherings, Worship + Prayer Experiences and Special Events.
• Must Interview with Pastor Katie and Attend Prayer Team Training
• Must be a Builder.

• Act as Liaison for connecting with our current and future Community Development partner organizations.
• Recruit, Develop + Communicate with Serve SD Team Members.
• Previous Experience in Christian Community Development and Serving with Restoration Church desired.
• Project Management and detailed communication skills required.
• Must be a Builder.

• Coordinate food to be brought to WTCB.
• Lead set up, decor and communication for WRCB (1-2 times per season).
• Communicate with WRCB Servant Leaders and guests.
• Act as point of contact for WTCB and follow up with guest afterwards.
• Must be a Builder.

• Recruit childcare help for various  events at church
• Will be given dates in advance and access to the Care.com account.

• Sort through items to Save, Donate + Toss
• Return previous Event items to Loft as needed
• Label interior shelves
• Create Master Layouts for Closet

• Create slide graphics in Canva for screens during Sunday gatherings. 
• Will be given details in advance and access to the Canva account. 
• Must be comfortable with receiving feedback and making edits and updates.

• Sort Kitchen items in a systematized way to ensure that everything has a place
• Label interior Cabinets 
• Create “Master Layouts” for each section of cabinets to be displayed in the Kitchen

• Sort through items to Save, Donate + Toss
• Put items away in their proper place

• Update and edit website pages as needed for upcoming events .
• Assess and improve our SEO usage for effective communication and increased engagement.
• Will be given details in advance and access to the web builder page.
• Must be comfortable with receiving feedback and making edits and updates.
